I had a large branch fall on the roof rail of my Honda Passport in 2023 during the ice storm. Pacific did a great job on the repairs. But I'm posting this now in 2026 because I was having issues with water coming into the vehicle on the same side the repair was done. The dealership said they fixed it but it continued to get wet when it rained. So I took it back to Pacific to ask them if they had any idea of where it could be coming from. Right away they said bring it by and they could take a look at it, and if it was something they missed they would take care of it. Wow!! Talk about standing behind your work! They took everything apart to the frame to do an extensive diagnosis. They gave it back to me with the carpet dried and the vehicle detailed like new! The water leak was not from the previous repairs they did . I believe it was the pipe in the cowl panel. No water leaked into the vehicle during today's heavy rains! I will recommend this body shop to all my friends and family!!!

Incredible service. Trying to get estimates for my bumper repair, misty places won't even give an estimate. Pacific let me text him a photo and then immediately called back and explained his full analysis. Outstanding American service.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They went above and beyond in EVERY WAY. I even got my car back *cleaned* and with the seat set correctly for my very short legs. (The seat seems like such a small thing but I always notice it any time after getting my car back) I believe it is this level of attention to detail that makes them so extraordinary. I am so used to body shops being condescending and trying to take advantage of me, as a woman who doesn’t have a ton of car knowledge. I experienced NONE of that here. They throughly explained anything I asked about and did everything they could to help. The Gerrys (Sr. and Jr.) were so patient and gave me incredible amounts of useful knowledge. I so appreciate their time and generosity with helping me through this situation. I came here for work my insurance was handling because I knew how high their level of service was. They were not a ‘default recommendation’ of my insurance but they did a wonderful job of dealing with the insurance company. (Which everyone knows can be an awful experience in itself) I believe their office staff Angel did much of the communicating with various insurance contacts and was always up to date

I highly highly recommend Pacific! They did an incredible job on the paint of my carbon fiber hood, got the fitment as close to OEM as possible, and were super easy to work with. They are very responsive and helped work through any issues that came up through the process. I will be referring all my friends here! Before and after pics included for reference.

Took my car in for touch up paint and a decal kit. OEM vendor didn’t send all the decals. They made the rest of the decals and it came out great. Quick and reasonable price too.
